Who we are

What we collect on this website
Only what you send us. If you complete the discovery-call form, we receive your name, agency name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city, indicative enquiry volume, team size and whatever you write in the message field. If you email or message us directly, we hold that correspondence.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare for a discovery call, and follow up about TravCloud. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use website enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where it goes
Enquiries reach our team by email and are held in our business systems. We use service providers for hosting, email and web fonts; they process data on our instructions or under their own published terms. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this website is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and whether they go on to contact us. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information including your device, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you view. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.
You can prevent it by using your browser's cookie controls, by installing Google's opt-out add-on, or by browsing in a private window. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only where we are required to retain records.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@travcloud.com and we will respond. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Customer data inside a TravCloud implementation
This notice covers the website. Where TravCloud operates inside a client agency, that agency's customer and supplier data is governed by the agreement with that agency: access controls, retention rules, consent where required, appropriate security, and an audit trail of material automated actions. We are happy to walk your team through the specifics before you commit to anything.
